Job Description

Description We are looking for a temporary General Manager for a high-end coworking space in in Beverly Hills. As a General Manager of coworking, you'll be responsible for managing and overseeing the location including maintaining operational excellence of the space, managing the P& L, leading sales, overseeing the member experience, and managing a team. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys creating an organized, welcoming environment while balancing administrative coordination, vendor oversight, and front-of-house support. The schedule offers flexibility for the right candidate, with an expected commitment of approximately 25 to 35 hours per week during standard weekday business hours.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily office activity to ensure the workspace operates smoothly, efficiently, and professionally.
  • Welcome visitors and serve as the first point of contact, providing attentive front-desk support and a positive member or guest experience.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate the purchasing of office materials and operational supplies as needed.
  • Maintain organized records for expenses, invoices, and payables while supporting routine accounts payable processes.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building contacts to address operational needs and maintain workplace standards.
  • Support administrative functions such as scheduling, communications, document handling, and general office coordination.
  • Help maintain a functional environment that reflects high service standards and day-to-day readiness. Requirements
  • Prior experience in office operations, workplace management, or a similar administrative leadership role.
  • Background in coworking, membership-based environments, hospitality, or property management is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with ordering, tracking, and replenishing office supplies and operational materials.
  • Working knowledge of accounts payable support and basic administrative recordkeeping.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with visitors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Previous management or supervisory experience is preferred.
