Responsibilities Lead and supervise all restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service during each shift while maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness Manage staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and development to foster a motivated and efficient team Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring adherence to recipes, presentation standards, and food safety regulations Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales tracking Control inventory levels through accurate ordering, stock rotation, and waste reduction strategies Monitor financial performance by analyzing profit and loss reports, managing budgets, and implementing cost-control measures Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and maintaining a lively, friendly atmosphere Requirements Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with a strong background in seafood or casual dining environments Hands-on culinary experience with food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety management Demonstrated supervisory skills with experience in team management, staff training, and leadership roles in hospitality settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling expertise required Strong understanding of inventory control, budgeting, profit analysis, and food industry standards Excellent communication skills for effective managerial oversight and customer interaction Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Previous experience in managing hospitality teams with a focus on food safety standards and team development is highly desirable Embark on this exciting journey as our Seafood Restaurant Manager—where your leadership will shape memorable dining experiences!
