The ideal candidate is a film buff who possesses strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, who has previous experience leading a busy multiplex theater . As the General Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining high standards of quality in food and service. This role requires a dynamic individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment while fostering a positive workplace culture. Duties Lead and manage all aspects of movie theater operations, including staffing, training, and performance management. Oversee inventory control processes to ensure adequate stock levels while minimizing waste. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards throughout the establishment. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Manage financial performance by analyzing sales reports, controlling costs, and optimizing profitability. Foster a positive customer experience through effective communication and resolution of issues. Manage and administer kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation. Conduct interviews and hire new staff members while providing ongoing training and development opportunities. Coordinate and schedule events as needed, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly. Qualifications Prior Movie Theater General Management Strong knowledge of POS systems and inventory control practices. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with guests and staff alike. Experience with Concessions and Food & Beverage operations is highly desirable. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required. Strong leadership abilities with excellent organizational skills. Manage and train Movie Theater staff on policies and procedures Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
