This role requires a blend of operational management, staff development, and customer engagement to ensure the success of our establishment. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality service delivery. Manage staff performance, including training, scheduling, and conducting performance evaluations. Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met while maintaining quality standards. Implement effective inventory management practices to minimize waste and control costs. Collaborate with the culinary team to enhance menu offerings and maintain food quality standards. Utilize POS systems for efficient order processing and sales tracking. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth. Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction. Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations within the establishment. Requirements Proven experience in a managerial role within the food service or hospitality industry is preferred. Strong skills in budgeting and financial management to drive profitability. Experience with POS systems, particularly POS, is highly desirable. Background in culinary arts or kitchen management is a plus. Familiarity with fine dining standards and practices is beneficial. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with staff and customers. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Ability to multi-task and handle a variety of responsibilities simultaneously.
