The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of restaurant management experience and is comfortable working both as a manager and as a skilled sushi chef. This is a hands-on leadership position. You will be responsible for managing a team of approximately 10 employees while maintaining high standards for food quality, customer service, and restaurant operations.
