WHAT YOU WILL DO

Hire, train, coach, and recognize a great team Create a positive, respectful, and fun work environment Lead the team in delivering great food and friendly service Build schedules and help keep the restaurant staffed and running smoothly Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, including inventory, deposits, food prep, and waste Keep the restaurant clean, safe, and well maintained Help resolve guest concerns and make sure guests leave happy Follow company standards and help your team do the same Partner with your District Manager and other leaders when you need support

Basically:

take care of your team, take care of your guests, and help keep the restaurant running at its best.

YOUR EXPERIENCE 3-5

years of leadership experience (restaurant management preferred). High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus. Must be at least 18 years of age. Strong communication and leadership skills (Spanish is a plus). Comfortable using computers, reporting tools, and restaurant technology. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Regularly required to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, speak, and hear. Frequent use of hands, keyboard, mouse, and restaurant equipment. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation. Fast-paced restaurant environment with occasional office work. Exposure to kitchen equipment, moving machinery, heat, and varying temperatures.
