We are seeking an energetic and highly skilled Chef and Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team with passion and precision. This pivotal role combines creative menu development, exceptional kitchen management, and team leadership to deliver outstanding dining experiences. Responsibilities Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality food production aligned with brand standards. Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste through effective cost control measures. Experience Proven culinary experience in dining establishments or upscale hospitality environments. Demonstrated supervising experience with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively. Strong knowledge of food safety practices, sanitizing procedures, and dietary department standards. Experience in catering services, and restaurant management.
