Fountain Valley Pay Range:

$26

•28/hour (depending on experience)

Previous restaurant management experience required Benefits Health, Dental & Vision Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Sick Leave Paid Training Employee Discounts on all Kei Concepts restaurants Referral Bonus Program (BOH) LifeMart Discounts (hotels, flights, gym memberships, and more) Key Responsibilities Ensure all guests receive friendly, responsive, and professional service Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation according to company standards Support daily restaurant operations to meet sales, service, and cleanliness goals Assist with staff training and development in accordance with company policies Lead by example to create a positive and productive work environment Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accurate reconciliation Step in as needed to maintain service standards and operational efficiency Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages to the management team Ensure all products are received accurately and in proper condition Maintain equipment cleanliness and proper working condition Support employee performance reviews and corrective actions as needed Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and labor regulations Provide feedback and suggestions to the General Manager Attend scheduled meetings and contribute ideas for improvement Perform additional duties as assigned Job Requirements Minimum 1 year of restaurant management or operations experience Food Handler Card (training hours provided if needed) Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification (if required) Ability to stand for extended periods of time Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills https://www.keiconcepts.info/
