Altitude is our family-focused active-play brand, primarily focussed on Trampoline based entertainment. Whereas, TeamUp Arena is our adult social entertainment concept, combining mini golf, duckpin bowling, axe throwing, archery, interactive darts, a golf simulator, an arcade, and a full bar. This isn't a desk job. You'll review the P&L one hour, be on the floor coaching staff next, actively engaging with customers, checking the bar, or resolving a guest issue the next. We want a leader who thinks like an owner, knows the numbers, develops people, notices the details, and turns strong operations into strong results. What You'll Own Business & P&L Performance — Full accountability for revenue, labor, COGS, operating expenses, and profitability. Own budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance reviews; set KPIs and hold managers accountable to them. Sales & Revenue Growth — Drive memberships, birthday parties, corporate/private events, group sales, F&B and bar revenue, and average guest spend. Build local partnerships and community relationships that generate repeat traffic. Attraction & Entertainment Operations — Keep every attraction across both concepts safe, clean, staffed, and guest-ready. Own safety inspections, maintenance, incident reporting, and vendor coordination. Food, Kitchen & Bar — Oversee quality, speed of service, inventory, COGS, food safety, and responsible alcohol service, while growing F&B revenue and protecting margins. Events & Group Business — Grow and consistently deliver high-quality corporate events, private parties, birthdays, and group outings across both concepts. Team Leadership — Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and develop a ~60-person team, including Assistant GMs and department leads. Build a culture of Fun

+ Accountability. Safety & Guest Experience — Champion a safety-first culture, resolve guest concerns proactively, and maintain high standards for cleanliness and facility condition. What You Bring 7+ years of management experience in a high-volume, customer-facing business (entertainment, hospitality, restaurants, bars, amusement, fitness, or retail) 3+ years as a General Manager, or equivalent senior operations leader Strong P&L knowledge — hands-on experience managing revenue, labor, COGS, budgets, and profitability A track record of driving measurable revenue growth and hitting KPIs Proven success recruiting, training, and developing managers and frontline teams Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and to lead from the floor Ability to obtain and maintain California ABC Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification within 60 days of hire, along with required food-safety certifications.
Preferred:
experience leading 50+ employees, managing multiple revenue centers under one P&L, F&B/bar operations, evening or social-venue operations, membership-based or recurring-revenue businesses, and event/group sales. A related bachelor's degree is a plus — leadership experience and results matter more.
