Job Description
We are seeking a high-level General Manager to lead a high-volume restaurant in South Orange County. This is not a plug-and-play restaurant job. We are building a long-term brand. The right leader understands how a room feels, how service flows, how music and lighting affect energy, and how standards are upheld without ego. This role requires someone polished, calm under pressure, trend-aware, financially literate, and obsessed with details. You will lead the floor nightly. You will protect the culture. You will own the P&L execution. We are looking for someone who wants to build. What You'll Own Daily operations and floor leadership Pre-shift and service choreography Labor management and scheduling PRIME cost control Team accountability and performance coaching Guest recovery and hospitality standards Maintaining brand tone, energy, and aesthetic Who You Are 5+ years in elevated, high-volume dining Strong with numbers, understands P&L, margin, labor math Calm authority, not loud leadership Detail-oriented and standards-driven Understands hospitality as experience, not transaction Weekend and evening availability required What This Is A leadership role in a growing brand with long-term expansion plans. This position is designed for someone who wants to grow into multi-unit leadership as the brand expands.
