In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operation and Marketing ensuring smooth daily functioning, outstanding customer service, and profitable growth. Your leadership will inspire staff, uphold food safety standards, and foster a vibrant hospitality environment that delights guests at every visit. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned management professional passionate about food service and team development to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting. Duties Lead and manage all restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and staff supervision to ensure high standards of quality and efficiency. Oversee inventory control, food safety compliance, and proper handling of food products to maintain cleanliness and safety standards. Supervise kitchen management activities such as food production, cooking processes, and catering services to ensure consistency and excellence. Implement staff training programs focusing on customer service excellence, food handling procedures, POS system operation (including Aloha POS and Micros POS), and shift management. Manage budgeting, cost control, and cash handling procedures to optimize profitability while maintaining quality standards. Conduct interviews, hiring, onboarding, and ongoing staff development to build a motivated and skilled team. Oversee customer service initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly. Maintain restaurant ambiance for casual dining or fine dining experiences by supervising decor, cleanliness, and overall guest environment. Ensure compliance with health regulations, food safety protocols, and hospitality industry standards across all operational areas. Experience Proven management experience within the food industry, particularly in quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining establishments. Extensive background in restaurant management with supervising experience in kitchen operations, food service management, and team leadership. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable. Experience with inventory control, budgeting, cash handling, and food safety practices is essential. Prior involvement in training & development initiatives for staff members at various levels of restaurant operations. Knowledge of culinary processes including food preparation, cooking techniques, catering services, and banquet operations is preferred. Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while fostering a positive hospitality environment across diverse roles such as assistant manager or shift supervisor. Strong understanding of the food industry trends including casual dining or hotel restaurant settings enhances your ability to innovate and improve guest experiences.
