Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Food & Beverage Manager to lead our hospitality team with passion and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional service, quality standards, and operational efficiency. Your leadership will drive a vibrant dining experience that delights guests and fosters a positive team environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage diverse food service outlets, from casual dining to fine cuisine, while maintaining profitability and upholding the highest standards of food safety and customer satisfaction. Duties Lead and supervise all food and beverage operations, including restaurant, bar, catering, and banquet services Develop staff schedules, conduct training sessions, and mentor team members to ensure excellent customer service and operational excellence Oversee food preparation, cooking processes, and presentation standards to deliver high-quality culinary experiences Manage inventory control, including ordering, stock rotation, waste reduction, and cost management using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Handle cash transactions accurately, perform cash handling duties, and reconcile daily sales reports Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards across all food service areas Analyze profit and loss statements to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost savings while implementing effective budgeting strategies Requirements Proven experience in food service management within casual dining, fine dining, or hospitality environments with supervisory responsibilities Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen operations Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking Demonstrated ability to manage inventory control, budgeting, and profit & loss analysis Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and develop hospitality teams Exceptional customer service skills coupled with effective managerial communication abilities Familiarity with food safety management practices and compliance standards Prior experience in managing catering events or banquet services is a plus Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for financial transactions and inventory calculations Join us as a Food & Beverage Manager where your leadership will inspire teams to deliver memorable guest experiences!
