Overview Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Manager specializing in hospitality/leadership operations at Street Side in Paso Robles, CA! Duties Oversee daily street-side property operations, including data entry, employee communication, and maintenance coordination Encourage, empower and support all staff Ensure compliance with Health Department, ABC, County/State/Federal Regulations Handle client inquiries with excellent customer service skills, providing timely information and upselling opportunities to maximize profits Maintain accurate data entry, documentation, and record-keeping Collaborate with General Manager/Upper Management to upkeep property maintenance, restaurant management, and customer/vendor relations Utilize conflict management techniques to resolve customer/employee issues efficiently while maintaining positive relationships and energy Smile! Experience Serving/Bartending experience (At least 3 years) Proven experience/interest in management roles, preferably within a hospitality company setting Strong knowledge of beer, wine, liquor, non-alcoholic beverages, food quality Familiarity with POS systems (Toast preferred but not limited to) Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively and lead with a proactive approach to customer service and conflict resolution Excellent communication skills for customer/employee interaction Office experience including data entry, filing and phone etiquette Embark on a rewarding career where your leadership fuels community growth!
