Corazon Manager Job Duties Job Description:
You'll bring energy, commitment, attention to details to drive positive results financially, with great customer service and team growth. Your job is to role model the job expectations to your team and drive great results. You will be managing the coffee shop and bar at Corazon and will need to work shifts in both areas.
Responsibilities/Requirements:
  • Be on time for your scheduled shift and in perfect uniform
  • Make sure all staff are following opening, running, and closing checklists and duties as well as checklists are being done shiftly and completely. All recipe books are out and being used.
  • Positively driving yourself and staff sure all rooms are set perfectly for service and all stations are completely stocked.
  • Making sure that all team members are trained on making all drinks and food items correctly and consistently. All cash handling and drawer closing procedures are trained accurately as well. Training and development of staff are ongoing always. All new menu items are introduced to staff and they are trained
  • Make sure all cash handling procedures and checkout reports are done correctly and accurately
  • You role model and drive cleanliness, stocking, setting the next shift for success with the team
  • Be an expert on menu items and answer customer questions, upselling when appropriate, maintain recipes for current and new menu items and train the staff to make all the items consistently and correctly
  • Help each shift run as efficiently as possible
  • Develop the team to always have the mentality when it comes to cleaning and closing to "leave the place in better shape than you found it".

  • Responsible for writing and posting/sharing the staff schedules ( goal: write schedules 2-3 weeks out
  • Responsible for all product inventory, maintaining and updating inventory sheets, and placing orders
Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
