Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Restaurant Manager to lead our dynamic hospitality team. In this vital role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient food and beverage management, and a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Your leadership will drive team performance, uphold food safety standards, and optimize restaurant profitability. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional passionate about hospitality management and delivering memorable dining experiences. You will answer to and collaborate with the Chef. Friday, Saturday and Sunday Brunch Duties Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and shift management to ensure smooth service flow. Lead and motivate team members through effective training, coaching, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performance environment. Oversee food preparation, kitchen operations, and food safety protocols to maintain quality standards and compliance with health regulations. Utilize POS systems such as Toast POS and Square POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales tracking. Control inventory levels, monitor food costs, and manage supplies to maximize profitability while minimizing waste. Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Conduct regular staff meetings, training sessions, and team-building activities to develop skills and promote teamwork. Requirements Proven experience in restaurant management with a strong background in food industry operations. Demonstrated supervisory experience with team leadership, staff training, and managing hospitality teams. Knowledge of POS systems including Toast POS and Square POS; experience with cash handling and financial reconciliation. Familiarity with food safety management practices, inventory control, and food handling procedures. Ability to perform basic math calculations related to budgeting, profit/loss analysis, and sales reporting. Strong communication skills for managerial communication, interviewing prospective staff, and managing customer relations. Experience in managing front of house operations, catering services, or banquet events is a plus. Pay:
