The Restaurant Manager will work with our F&B team to ensure that our Harvest Table restaurant operates smoothly, that our Banquets & Catering Team is fully supported, and that all on & off-site events are reflective of our commitment to service.
PAY SCALE
: The starting salary range for this position is $75000-80000 /year. This is the pay range for this position that the Hotel reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, such as experience, type of hotel experience, and education. The Restaurant Manager will assist with developing a well-trained, knowledgeable service team while achieving unparalleled hospitality raves, and aggressively seeking opportunities for industry recognition. Tasks include (but are not limited to):
- Ensure excellent direction in the standards and practices of Service at Harvest Table and at Harvest Inn
- Direct and monitor service staff's adherence to Harvest Table's technical and hospitality service standards.
- Ensure that guests of Harvest Table and Harvest Inn receive excellent service and hospitality.
- Appropriately and effectively schedule staff according to team and business needs
- Effectively open physical operation / close physical operation
- Ensure excellent maintenance and cleanliness of the dining room at all times
- Organize and complete the administrative setup and break down of service (including but not limited to: the creation of floor plans, menus, employee check in, employee cashouts, bank close out, etc.)
- Maintain a positive working relationship with kitchen leaders and line staff throughout service periods
- Attend to guests - ensure excellent service & hospitality is provided for all
- Ensure rigorous knowledge of and adherence to all applicable laws, policies and procedures
- Adhere to all Harvest Table and Harvest Inn procedures as it pertains to personal appearance, attendance and conduct
- Remain current and compliant with the correct HR practices and policies
- Ensure that the Payroll process is completed accurately, on time and according to business/accounting procedures.
- Keep employees informed of all benefits-related activities, meetings and offerings

- In collaboration with the rest of the F&B management team, continuously strengthen Harvest Table's brand and culture by delivering uncommon hospitality and excellence to Harvest Table's guests, while building and strengthening core business through regular guest and business development.
- Collaborate with Harvest Inn Management team, in line with Executive Chef, to determine goals, timeline and tactics to achieve industry recognition that is aligned with mission statement for Harvest Table. Experience Needed to be Considered
- At least 7+ years of operations/culinary experience in hospitality & fine dining
- Excellent food and beverage knowledge

- Excellent time management and organizational skills
