This role is ideal for an experienced restaurant leader who is passionate about food, wine, guest service, and building a culture of excellence. What You'll Do Lead and develop the FOH and BOH management and service teams. Deliver an exceptional guest experience in both the Osteria and Tasting Room. Train FOH staff on hospitality and service standards; daily line-ups. Oversee daily restaurant operations, and service execution. Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and labor costs. Maintain service standards, efficiency, and consistency. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow. Monitor and manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls Manage reservations, guest recovery, and VIP relationships. Manage designated operational systems across
FOH & BOH.
Promote a strong culture of wine knowledge throughout the restaurant. Partner with culinary, wine club, and leadership teams to achieve operational goals. Drive sales, profitability, and department performance through effective financial management. Promote and grow the Wine Club. Coordinate private events, wine dinners, and special promotions. Maintain compliance with food safety, alcohol service, and company standards. Foster a positive culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Manage menu and wine list changes and website updates. Handle cash management duties, including cash handling procedures and daily reconciliation. What We're Looking For 5+ years of progressive restaurant or hospitality management experience. Proven success leading high-performing teams in a full-service restaurant. Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, labor, and P&L performance. Passion for hospitality, food, and wine, with wine knowledge strongly preferred. Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and organizational skills. Experience with Toast POS, OpenTable Reservation System or similar restaurant and wine club management systems. ServSafe Food Protection Manager and California RBS Certification (or ability to obtain as required). Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
