THIS IS A HIGH-VOLUME OPERATION
We are looking for a manager who already has a strong operational foundation and understands what it takes to execute in an extremely busy restaurant. The right candidate will be energized by restaurant operations, and genuinely enjoy being present on the floor. This is not a management position for someone who prefers to manage from an office. We need a leader who wants to be involved in service, engaged with the team, visible to guests, and constantly learning.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Heavy-volume restaurant management experience is required. Fine dining experience is required. The ideal Restaurant Manager will be: Highly professional with a polished presentation High energy and naturally enthusiastic A strong, confident restaurant leader Hands-on and highly visible on the floor Passionate about hospitality and restaurant operations Comfortable leading in a fast-paced, demanding environment Experienced managing high-volume dining operations Hungry to learn and grow alongside experienced leaders Able to maintain exceptional service standards during extremely busy shifts Focused on team development, accountability, and guest satisfactionRESPONSIBILITIES
Lead daily front-of-house restaurant operations Be highly visible and engaged on the restaurant floor Lead, coach, develop, and motivate restaurant employees Maintain exceptional fine dining service standards Oversee staffing, scheduling, training, and performance Partner with culinary and leadership teams to execute exceptional service Manage guest relations and service recovery Maintain operational standards during high-volume shifts Drive teamwork, accountability, hospitality, and employee engagement Monitor restaurant performance and help drive sales and profitability Develop your leadership and operational skills under experienced restaurant executivesIDEAL BACKGROUND
