Assistant General Manager

```Duties```

• Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations of the restaurant, banquet, and catering services
• Interview, hire, and train new staff members
• Develop, train, and coach existing staff members
• MS suite, POS, and great communication
• Understanding of new software technology
• intermediate level or above
• Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
• Manage cash handling procedures and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation and production
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
• Implement and enforce health and safety regulations
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new customers ```Experience```
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including banquet and catering services
• Experience in food preparation and production
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in cash handling procedures
