We're looking for a Restaurant Manager to help lead daily operations, develop great teams, and deliver exceptional Guest experiences. This role partners closely with the General Manager to drive results, build a strong culture, and ensure every Guest leaves looking forward to their next visit.

What You'll Do:

Lead daily restaurant operations and oversee front-of-house and back-of-house teams Coach, train, develop, and motivate Team Members to deliver outstanding Guest experiences Create schedules, maintain staffing levels, and support hiring and onboarding efforts Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and applicable employment laws Monitor labor, sales, and operating costs while supporting restaurant profitability Assist with performance management, employee development, and team engagement Help maintain operational standards, quality, cleanliness, and the Black Angus brand experience Address Guest concerns with professionalism and create positive resolutions Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive restaurant culture Serve as the Manager on Duty and assume leadership responsibility in the General Manager's absence

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of restaurant management experience in a casual or full-service dining environment Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills Excellent communication and Guest service abilities Sound judgment and strong decision-making skills Experience managing labor, scheduling, and restaurant operations Strong organizational and computer skills Positive attitude with a passion for hospitality Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
