ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Stanford café is our busiest—and smallest—café. The environment is joyful, fast-paced, and hospitality-focused. The Café Manager plays a vital role in ensuring that our baristas and shift leads are well trained, confident under pressure, and supported through clear expectations, thoughtful scheduling, and consistent coaching. Your team is your number one priority. A happy, productive team makes it possible to bring exceptional hospitality and genuine care to this amazing community of students, faculty, and staff. This position requires a high level of organization, communication, and empathy. You are equally comfortable directing and coaching your team on the floor and managing the details of running a great coffee shop.
