- Deliver and uphold friendly, efficient, and hospitality-driven service standards People & Culture
- Lead hiring, training, coaching, and development of hourly team members while supporting management team growth Operations Excellence
- Maintain strong FOH and BOH standards, ensuring consistency in service, food quality, and cleanliness Financial Performance
- Own labor execution, scheduling alignment, and contribute to overall cost control and revenue performance Compliance
- Ensure adherence to company standards, food safety practices, health department requirements, and labor laws Key Responsibilities (in addition to Position Accountabilities) Lead shifts with ownership, presence, and decisive leadership on the floor Own service execution end to end, ensuring food quality, hospitality, and cleanliness standards are consistently met Hire, onboard, train, and develop team members to build a strong and reliable bench Execute scheduling direction and actively manage labor performance in real time Resolve guest concerns with professionalism while protecting the integrity of the guest experience Partner with the Management Team on performance metrics, team development, and operational improvements Support and execute administrative responsibilities including payroll accuracy, reporting, inventory, and daily operations Step into all FOH and BOH roles as needed to ensure seamless service execution Drive accountability and foster a positive, team-focused work environment Contribute to continuous improvement of systems, standards, and overall restaurant performance Experience Experience in a restaurant management, culinary leadership, or senior supervisory role within a full-service concept Strong understanding of both front-of-house and back-of-house operations Proven ability to operate effectively in high-volume, fast-paced environments Demonstrated success in team development, coaching, and performance management Working knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance standards Certifications Food safety and RBS certification are required If not currently certified, employees must complete certifications within 30 days of hire Harassment Prevention Training Company Perks Competitive Salary/Pay 401 (k)GO Retirement Savings Plan We cover 100% of Health Insurance & Dental for this position Dining Privileges at 9 of San Francisco's Best Restaurants $1,000 Manager Referral Bonus (Applies to all 15 Restaurants in the group!
Pay:
