This is a great fit for someone who enjoys a hands-on role, takes initiative, and wants a steady, consistent schedule.
We're starting with these days, with the opportunity to take on more responsibility over time. What you'll do: Shop for groceries in the morning before opening Prep ingredients and get the café ready for service Place and manage orders for bread, bagels, and other supplies Keep an eye on inventory and let us know what needs restocking Handle day-to-day issues calmly and find practical solutions Help maintain a clean, organized, welcoming café Who we're hoping to find: Reliable, punctual, and consistent Comfortable working independently and making day-to-day decisions Organized and good at staying one step ahead A problem solver who takes ownership and follows through Interested in growing into a leadership role We're a family-owned café with a friendly, supportive environment. We trust our team to do their jobs without someone constantly looking over their shoulder. We're looking for someone who can take the lead during their shift, keep things moving, and communicate with us when something truly needs our attention.
Schedule:
