The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary arts and a creative flair for food preparation. You will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, managing/training staff, ensuring a quality product is served, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. This is not a job is very hands on and requires working the line, cashier and direct guest interaction. Responsibilities

• Ensure the preparation and execution of the menu is to the standards of ownership
• Train and manage kitchen staff
• Required shifts working a station for service, opening and closing.
• Proper ordering and managing of inventory control to minimize waste and ensure freshness of ingredients
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen area
• Collaborate with management to plan menus, create new dishes, and develop specials
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food preparation and storage Experience
• Proven experience working in a professional kitchen environment
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and best practices
• Familiarity with hospitality industry standards
• Proficient in food handling, food production, and catering services
• Minimum 3 years of chef/management experience required.
