Front of House Manager / Assistant Manager Crave BV is seeking a motivated & engaging person to join our management team. We are a full-service, full-bar restaurant in Buena Vista, CO. This position will lead front of house operations for either day or evening shifts, as well as take on other responsibilities as they arrive / as willing.

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate is passionate & knowledgeable about service. Highly motivated coach/mentor to help other staff develop, succeed & grow This person is expected to be self-motivated to learn and grow within the restaurant & service industry This position is hands on, and involved in touching every table Understands leadership from the bottom up, putting people first and building 'ownership' from staff Won't compromise their morals & integrity

Requirements:

Serve-safe Manager certified (or willing to get within 6 months) Knowledge of food & food trends (or willing to learn fast) TIPS certified (or willing to get within 6 months) Knowledge of bartending / alcohol drinks. Bartending experience highly preferred. Willing to train & learn how the kitchen operates Working a share of openings / closings / evenings / weekends / holidays with the management team Take part in management meetings & take on special projects / assignments
