Senior Leasing Manager (Multi-Site Portfolio) Position Overview We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Leasing Manager to lead leasing operations across a high-volume, multi-property portfolio. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of leasing or property management experience, a deep understanding of market-rate housing operations, and a proven track record of achieving high occupancy and resident satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and the ability to effectively guide and develop teams of leasing professionals. Key Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Develop and execute strategic leasing initiatives to achieve and sustain maximum occupancy levels. Apply effective sales techniques to optimize revenue and lease conversion rates. Conduct engaging property tours while building strong relationships with prospective residents. Lead, train, and mentor a team of leasing agents to ensure high performance and service excellence. Perform market comparable (comp) analyses to position properties competitively and maximize gross potential rent (GPR). Partner with the Marketing Director to enhance property visibility and improve the leasing funnel. Oversee the timely processing of lease applications, renewals, and related documentation. Ensure strict compliance with Fair Housing regulations, company policies, and property standards. Stay current on industry trends, legal requirements, and best practices in leasing and property management. Handle administrative duties essential to daily leasing operations. Manage lease agreements and documentation using platforms such as OneSite, Yardi, and Rent Café. Qualifications 10+ years of experience in leasing or property management. Strong knowledge of lease agreements, legal requirements, and compliance standards. Proven expertise in marketing and sales within the multifamily housing industry. Proficiency with property management software, including OneSite, Yardi, and Rent Café. Demonstrated ability to lead teams while also working independently. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and delegate effectively. Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills. Working knowledge of HUD, Section 8, and LIHTC compliance requirements preferred. Willingness and ability to travel between Connecticut and Massachusetts as needed. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
