Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Front of House Manager to lead our hospitality team and ensure an exceptional guest experience. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, lead serving and supportive staff, host, and serve. Your leadership will drive team performance, optimize revenue opportunities, and uphold the highest levels of hospitality excellence. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional passionate about restaurant management and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations, including hosting & serving. Supervise and manage FOH staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork Maintain service standards by training staff on customer service excellence and best practices Learn and become a master with our POS system, TOAST. Create and Lead sales contests to encourage upselling and sale of specials. Handle guest relations proactively, resolving issues promptly to ensure memorable experiences Drive open and close procedures to assure complete and done in a timely manner. Schedule FOH staff using scheduling app, 7-shifts. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and health department standards. Requirements Proven supervisory or managerial experience within the restaurant industry . $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
