Duties Supervise daily store operations, ensuring all activities run efficiently and effectively during your shift Lead, motivate, and develop team members through employee orientation, training, and ongoing coaching Manage staffing schedules, conduct interviewing processes for new hires, and assist with recruiting efforts Oversee inventory management including stock replenishment, inventory control, and purchasing to optimize product availability Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Operate POS systems accurately for sales transactions, cash handling, and register reconciliation Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets while managing retail math and pricing strategies Qualifications Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles with supervising experience in a retail environment Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and foster a positive work culture Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers Demonstrated proficiency in retail math, inventory control, merchandising, and store management practices Experience with POS systems, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and cash handling procedures Ability to handle multiple responsibilities such as purchasing, marketing initiatives, and store organization simultaneously Knowledge of wireless sales or grocery store operations is advantageous but not required Join us as a Shift Manager where your leadership will inspire teams, elevate customer experiences, and drive store success!
