Leading with integrity and hospitality Develop, plan and carry out restaurant marketing, advertising and promotional activities and campaigns. Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times. Responsible for creating a positive work environment and for all aspects of the team member lifestyle ex. Hiring, training, scheduling and retention. Achieve company objectives in sales, service, quality, appearance of facility and sanitation and cleanliness through training of employees and creating a positive, productive working environment. Comply with all federal, state, county and municipal regulations. Requirements Two or more years of recent General Manager experience Must be 21 years of age. Cash handling and back office system experience. Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours). Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to work 50 to 60 hours per week. Proven track record as a General Manager, coaching and mentoring team members. Have knowledge of service and food and beverage, generally involving at least three years of front-of-the-house operations and/or assistant management positions. Open availability during operating hours Workday experience Experience recruiting and onboarding new team members. Must have reliable transportation.
