Role:
We're looking for a motivated, hands-on leader who's passionate about great food, community, and teamwork. With prior leadership experience in hospitality, you're ready to take the next step. This role offers the chance to build on your foundation, lead confidently, and grow within a supportive, fast-paced environment. As an Assistant Manager / Supervisor, you'll help oversee daily restaurant operations, lead and train team members, and help maintain a smooth, welcoming environment — both for our guests and our staff.

Responsibilities:
Lead and support the front-of-house team during opening and closing shifts Train new staff and ensure team is following restaurant standards Maintain knowledge of our full menu to help with service and training Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care Support operational needs including scheduling, shift coverage, and shift reporting Collaborate with management to drive team performance and guest satisfaction Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety standards are always met
Preferred Experience:
Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting (3-5 years) Familiarity with opening/closing procedures, scheduling, or basic inventory is a plus Strong team leadership and training experience preferred but not required Why Join Us?
