This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and uphold the highest standards of food quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for the food industry, and a commitment to creating a welcoming atmosphere for both guests and team members. As an integral part of our management team, you will drive operational excellence while fostering a positive work environment that promotes growth and teamwork. Duties Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow during all shifts Lead, train, and develop staff members in food preparation, customer service, POS systems (such as Aloha POS and Micros POS), and food safety procedures Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste Handle cash management duties including cash handling, balancing registers, and preparing financial reports Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations related to food handling, sanitation, and workplace safety Supervise kitchen operations including food production, cooking processes, and maintaining quality standards Assist with interviewing, hiring, onboarding new team members, and conducting performance evaluations Monitor restaurant performance through profit and loss analysis; implement strategies to improve sales and reduce costs Support catering events or banquet services as needed to enhance guest experience Promote a positive team environment through effective communication, training & development initiatives, and leadership Experience Proven management experience in quick service or fast food restaurants with a focus on hospitality management Extensive background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety management Hands-on experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; cash handling proficiency required Demonstrated ability to supervise teams effectively while maintaining high standards of customer service Prior experience in managing inventory control and budgeting within a restaurant setting Strong leadership skills with experience in staff training, team management, and conflict resolution Knowledge of food industry regulations including health codes and safety standards Experience working in casual dining or fine dining environments is preferred but not required Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for financial transactions and inventory management Join us as an Hourly General Manager to lead with energy, inspire your team, and deliver memorable experiences for our guests.
