Relocation assistance, work permit costs covered, company phone, paid vacation & more We are recruiting on behalf of a growing restaurant group in Turks & Caicos seeking an experienced Assistant Front of House Manager to join their busy, dinner-only operation. The Opportunity Join a $5M+ annual revenue restaurant operation with approximately 145 seats across two unique concepts - Embers and Ashes Speakeasy Lead and support a 50+ person team across FOH operations, ensuring high standards of service and guest experience Work alongside ownership and the culinary team in a hands-on, fast-paced environment Support reservations, floor management, service recovery, training, scheduling and daily operations Opportunity for career progression and increased responsibility as the company expands into additional concepts The Ideal Candidate 5+ years of hospitality experience, ideally with previous FOH management or supervisory experience Strong background in high-volume, full-service restaurants Energetic, hands-on leader who thrives under pressure Excellent guest service, communication and organizational skills Caribbean hospitality experience is a plus Comfortable relocating to Providenciales and working approximately 60 hours per week Single-status preferred due to the nature of the relocation Compensation & Benefits $55,000 USD tax-free salary Approximately $12,000-$16,000 additional annual earnings through service charge & tip pool Relocation expenses covered Work permit costs covered Company cell phone Paid vacation starting at 2 weeks, increasing with tenure Lieu days for public holidays worked November/December 2026 start
