Restaurant General Manager experience is a must. You will lead with passion, championing both front-of-house hospitality and back-of-house operational excellence to maximize profitability and elevate our brand.
Key Leadership Responsibilities Team Building and Coaching:
Recruit, hire, and mentor a passionate hospitality team, fostering a service culture and developing a high-performance team.
Financial Management:
Oversee the financial performance of the business unit through effective scheduling, inventory control, and cost control measures. Driving and supporting sales initiatives and profitability.
Guest Hospitality:
Actively engaging with guests and handling guest reactions and expectations with tact and professionalism.
Quality Control:
Inspire a culture of excellence in food preparation, strict food safety, and optimal sanitation standards.
Culture & Accountability:
Foster a positive work culture while fair-mindedly upholding restaurant policies and performance standards.
Required Skills Dynamic Leadership:
Proven ability to lead, inspire a team, and keep cool under high-volume pressure.
Exceptional Communication:
