The Phoenix Organizatio n runs Denny's, Taco Bell, and Burger King restaurants . We are currently hiring Managers for multiple restaurants in the area! As a restaurant manager, you'll be a part of a community that thrives on service. Responsibilities:
Managing the operations and restaurant staff Deliver high quality products in a clean, professional and safe environment. Maintain day-to-day financial controls Create and manage staff schedules Interview, hire, train and write-up staff Exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management Set the tone for the fun, family environment in the restaurant Management level openings range from shift managers, assistant managers, general managers
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have successful previous restaurant management experience in a fast food setting Strong skills in the areas of coaching and training, customer service, organization and planning, The ability to accomplish the sales and profit goals. College degree or equivalent experience in operations: and 2 years of management operations experience in the restaurant, hospitality industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
