• Manage and lead the front of house staff
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service
• Oversee dining room setup and cleanliness
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
• Implement and maintain quality standards for service and cleanliness
• Create staff schedules and manage labor costs
• Collaborate with the management team on budgeting and financial goals Qualifications
• Previous experience in hospitality management, particularly in quick-service or fast-food restaurants
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in shift management and food service operations
• Knowledge of banquet operations and food management
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Culinary background or understanding is a plus
