A 3-month paid training program and ongoing personal and career development prepare you for a career as a restaurant manager as well as multi-unit leadership roles. The Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. This role involves managing staff, maintaining excellent customer service standards, ensuring food safety and cleanliness, and driving profitability. Managers lead by example and are hands-on in the kitchen and dining area.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and team development. Ensure outstanding customer service is delivered consistently. Train, coach, and motivate employees to achieve high performance. Resolve customer complaints and operational issues effectively and professionally. Work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment. Career Path and Pay Ranges Restaurant Manager- $65,000 to $85,000 (plus continuous service bonuses and a $6,000 annual bonus for having a 4-year degree) District Manager (2-3 restaurants)
