Full Job Description About Us:

Island Auto Spa is an established, high-volume car wash in Hobe Sound, FL, recently under new ownership. We're investing in the site, the technology, and the team — and we need a General Manager who runs this location like it's their own business.

What You'll Do:

Own full site

P&L:

revenue, labor cost, chemical/utility spend, and margin Recruit, train, schedule, and develop a team of attendants, detailers, and cashiers Drive unlimited membership growth — this is your #1 revenue metric Manage daily operations through our WashConnect POS/management platform (reporting, pricing, membership administration) Ensure equipment uptime: coordinate preventive maintenance and vendor repairs on tunnel equipment Maintain safety, cleanliness, and brand standards across the property Report weekly KPIs to ownership: car counts, capture rate, membership churn, labor %, revenue per car Handle escalated guest issues and protect our reputation

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of management experience in car wash, retail, restaurant/QSR, fitness, or similar high-volume consumer operations (car wash experience strongly preferred) Demonstrated ability to hit revenue and labor targets Hands-on leader — you coach on the line, not from the office Comfortable with POS systems, scheduling software, and KPI reporting Mechanical aptitude a plus (tunnel equipment familiarity is a major differentiator) Valid driver's license; available weekends and holidays as business requires
