Type:

full-time Q.C. Laboratories, Inc, headquartered in Hollywood, Florida, a wholly owned subsidiary of Sintavia, LLC, is a market leader in Business-to-Business (B2B) Nondestructive Testing (NDT) services. We cater to a diverse range of industries including aerospace and defense, oil and gas, marine, and industrial manufacturing. Our commitment to quick turnaround times and a broad array of quality certifications sets us apart in the industry. Location Hollywood, Florida, with occasional field services at client locations as required. Duties and Responsibilities Duties and responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to financial oversight, sales and Business development, customer relationship management, operational management, health and safety, certification, and compliance management. A more detailed overview is listed below. Profit & Loss (P&L)

Management:

Interpret P&L statements for business insights. Prepare and manage annual budgets, monitor monthly financial performance against budgetary expectations.

Sales & Marketing:

Direct the company's sales and marketing strategies. Prepare sales forecasts and set performance objectives. Continuously monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity.

Customer Support:

Establish and maintain high customer service standards. Create a feedback mechanism for customer reviews and act upon it for service improvements.

Facility and Equipment Maintenance:

Ensure facility cleanliness, safety, and perform periodic inspections. Supervise preventive maintenance and repairs to optimize operational efficiency.

Employee Training Qualification & Certification:

Design, develop, implement, and oversee NDT certification program. Providing Formal Training in various NDT Methods and administering examinations for those methods to employees. Perform periodic employee proficiency reviews and provide feedback.

ASNT NDT

Level 3

Certification:

Achieve and maintain Level 3 NDT certifications from American Society of Nondestructive Testing (ASNT) in the following methods: MT

  • Magnetic Particle Testing PT
  • Penetrant Testing RT
  • Radiography (X-Ray) ET
  • Eddy Current Testing UT
  • Ultrasonic Testing VT
  • Visual Testing GPR
  • Ground Penetrating Radar Environment, Health, and Safety (EH&S): Conduct routine safety audits and inspections.

Develop or update safety protocols, hazard prevention measures, and emergency response plans.

Certifications & Compliance:

Maintain accurate records for all quality certifications. Prepare compliance documentation and reports for internal reviews and regulatory submissions.

Strategic Management & Leadership:

Develop and implement the company's strategic plan. Lead cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals and objectives.

Reporting:

Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on performance metrics, financials, and strategic initiatives. Maintain transparent communication with the parent company, Sintavia LLC.

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration or management, engineering, or a related field is strongly preferred.

Skills and Competencies:

Leadership and team management skills Strategic thinking and analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience, with a preference for experience in the NDT or a similar industry.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to travel to field services and client locations, as needed.
