In this leadership role, you'll inspire your team, maintain high operational standards, drive sales and profitability, and create a welcoming environment for both guests and employees. Responsibilities Include:
Restaurant Operations Lead the day-to-day operation of the restaurant while maintaining Dunkin' brand standards. Deliver exceptional guest experiences and foster a guest-first culture. Ensure food quality, safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards are consistently met. Execute company recipes, procedures, and operational systems. Implement new product launches, promotions, and team training. Monitor guest feedback and develop action plans to improve satisfaction. Communicate restaurant goals, priorities, and performance expectations to the team. Maintain compliance with all company policies and applicable federal, state, and local laws. Team Leadership Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and develop restaurant team members. Lead by example and provide positive, hands-on leadership. Coach and mentor employees to improve performance and achieve operational goals. Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback. Lead team meetings and recognize outstanding performance. Financial & Administrative Responsibilities Manage labor costs through effective scheduling Complete inventory counts and place food and supply orders. Control food, labor, and operating costs to maximize profitability. Manage cash handling procedures and maintain accurate cash controls. Help achieve sales, profit, and budget goals established by the franchise owner. Complete required operational reports and self-assessment
Education/Experience:
Basic computer skills Fluent in spoken and written English Basic math and financial management Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality College Degree preferred
