JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Assistant Manager, you are a critical leader at our restaurant, directing work flow of the Kitchen and Crew Members, leading by example and helping to build upon the amazing culture we are creating for our team. We do not yell, we build people up and believe in helping people be the best version of themselves.

TOTAL COMPENSATION

$23.50 to $30 an hour Starting

BASE PAY

for Assistant Managers ranges from $21 to $24 an hour based on experience. All Assistant Managers participate in Homespun Kitchen's

TIP POOL

which is different at each store but ranges from $2.50 to $6 per hour for the last three years. Hourly rates for Assistant Managers including tips range between $23.50 and $30 an hour.

JOB DUTIES

Directing the work flow of the Kitchen, Shift Leaders and Crew Members Ordering & Inventory Banking Hiring Training Closing and opening the restaurant Creating prep lists Receiving deliveries Providing constructive guidance to Team Members Running the cash register Making food and beverages for customers Prepping Stocking Expediting orders Cleaning Washing dishes Putting smiles on customer's faces

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Applicants must have at least three years of management experience to apply for this position.
