Experience in a full-service upscale casual or fine dining environment. Proven track record in a higher volume restaurant with sales exceeding $4 million . Strong self-starter with a positive attitude and a people-first mentality. We're looking for a candidate with strong P&L/financial acumen, operational and leadership management experience Must have owned a portion of P&L and can speak to numbers of the business Upscale Restaurant GM Preferred Background & Skills Passion for craft cocktails and resort life. Ability to motivate others and take pride in developing a team.
