Minimum Requirements At least 3 years of restaurant management experience required Must be 21 years of age or older Must have reliable transportation High school diploma or equivalent required Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays What You'll Do Lead daily restaurant operations with a strong focus on guest satisfaction, food quality, speed, accuracy, and execution Coach, train, motivate, and develop team members to perform at a high level Create a culture of hospitality, accountability, teamwork, and urgency Support recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and retention Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and Wingstop operational standards are consistently executed Help manage labor, inventory, food cost, and overall shift performance Resolve guest concerns professionally and turn challenges into positive experiences Identify opportunities and take action to improve restaurant performance Lead from the front and set the standard for the entire team What We're Looking For We're looking for an experienced restaurant leader who brings: A proven track record of leading teams in a fast-paced restaurant environment Strong coaching, communication, and people-development skills A passion for delivering outstanding hospitality The ability to make confident decisions and remain composed under pressure Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail A results-driven mindset with a willingness to take ownership Positive energy and the ability to motivate others Why Wingstop Rinehart Road?
