Proficient in using POS systems for transactions and reporting. Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively. Excellent shift management capabilities to handle busy periods efficiently. Demonstrated leadership qualities that inspire team members to perform at their best. Knowledge of food management practices, including safe food handling and storage techniques. Familiarity with coffee preparation techniques is a plus for establishments focusing on beverage service. Experience in hotel or bar environments is advantageous but not mandatory.
