JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hospitality establishment. The Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager is responsible for the operational oversight, service execution, and the financial performance of all food and beverage offerings at the club, including our dining outlets and pool and beachside services. This individual ensures a polished, luxury dining experience for members and guests across all outlets, driving high standards of hospitality, consistency, and service innovation. Success in this role requires a highly organized, service-driven leader who can manage a multi-faceted operation while inspiring their team to anticipate and exceed member expectations. The F&B Manager partners closely with the Culinary Team, Events, and Membership to ensure seamless execution of à la carte dining, private events, and club activations. This role is hands-on and guest-facing, requiring a proactive manager with exceptional communication skills, sound business acumen, and a passion for creating memorable experiences.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Daily Operations & Member Experience Provide leadership and daily oversight of all active F&B service areas. Ensure each outlet is fully operational, clean, and guest-ready, according to club standards. Observe daily service, monitor covers, and be present on the floor to support, engage with members, and coach staff in real time. Maintain a strong understanding of member preferences and anticipate needs to drive personalized experiences. Oversee opening/closing procedures, reservation systems, and POS functions. Financial & Administrative Management Place beverage and restaurant supply orders ensuring the club has the necessary materials to operate successfully, while adhering to budgets set forth by upper management. Assist with monthly inventory, tracking and reconciling products to manage cost controls. Manage labor scheduling and staffing levels to maintain the high level of service expected while meeting budgetary goals. Team Leadership & Staff Development Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise the FOH team (servers, bartenders, hosts, runners, bussers) to ensure exceptional service delivery. Lead pre-service meetings to communicate specials, member notes, and service standards. Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and corrective action when needed. Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and club-level professionalism. Member Engagement & Service Recovery Act as a highly visible manager on duty, greeting members, soliciting feedback, and handling concerns with discretion and follow through. Build rapport with members to create personalized experiences and long-term loyalty. Track recurring service issues and collaborate with leadership to implement improvements. Event & Cross-Departmental Coordination Work with Events and Membership teams on execution of private parties, activations, and club cultural programming. Work with the Culinary Team on menu development, tastings, and service standards. Work with Maintenance and Housekeeping to ensure venue upkeep and readiness. Compliance, Safety & Cleanliness Ensure compliance with health department standards, liquor laws, and all club policies. Oversee cleanliness, sanitation, and safety practices across all F&B outlets. Develop, revise, and enforce SOPs for the F&B Department.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or Assistant Manager in a hospitality setting.
  • Strong background in food and beverage service, including banquet and special event management.
  • Experience in staff training and development.
  • Forbes 5 Star Training strongly perferred.
  • Excellent team management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
  • Strong budgeting and financial management skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to respond to customer feedback and concerns.
  • Knowledge of food handling practices and health and safety regulations.
  • Experience with point-of-sale systems and training development programs.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in hospitality or a related field is preferred.

$75,000.00
  • $85,000.
