As a Banquet Event manager, you will work in the Breeza Biscayne Ballroom, under the direction of the Breeza Biscayne sales Director. You will be responsible for the service and flow of events, scheduling, attending weekly BEO meetings, and coordinating with the sales team. schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends. Responsibilities Engage with clients provide excellent guest relations, addressing any needs or concerns they may have. Direction of all banquet staff including Banquet Captain, servers, bartenders, and BOH. Adhere to food safety standards and regulations to ensure the health and safety of all guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service during events. Assist with breakdown and cleanup after events, ensuring all items are returned to their proper locations. Experience Previous experience as a Banquet Manager is required. Familiarity with food safety practices. Strong guest service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Experience in bartending or culinary roles is advantageous. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
