Santa Rosa Beach, FL Join a Team That Takes Pride in Exceptional Resident Experiences Saltaire Apartment Homes is seeking an experienced Assistant Community Manager to help lead the day-to-day operations of our apartment community in beautiful Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused professional with multifamily property management experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is organized, sales-driven, financially minded, and enjoys building lasting relationships with residents while supporting a high-performing onsite team. What You'll Do Support the Community Manager in daily property operations Deliver an outstanding resident experience from move-in through renewal Assist with leasing, resident retention, and occupancy goals Conduct apartment tours and convert prospects into residents Process leases, renewals, and resident documentation accurately Assist with rent collections, delinquency management, and financial reporting Help manage budgets, invoices, and property expenses Ensure compliance with company policies and Fair Housing regulations Collaborate with the maintenance team to provide exceptional customer service Help create a welcoming, professional community environment Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of multifamily apartment management experience Previous experience as an Assistant Community Manager, Assistant Manager, Leasing Manager, or Senior Leasing Consultant Proven success in leasing and sales Strong customer service and conflict-resolution skills Experience with rent collections, reporting, and financial processes Excellent organizational and time-management skills Professional communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to multitask and work independently Availability to work weekends as business needs require Preferred Qualifications Experience with Yardi Experience using RentCafe CRM software experience Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations Experience with marketing and resident retention programs What We Offer Competitive base salary Performance-based bonuses and leasing commissions Comprehensive benefits package Paid time off and company holidays Professional development and career advancement opportunities Supportive leadership and collaborative team culture Opportunity to work in an elevated living community on Florida's Emerald Coast Why Saltaire Apartment Homes?
