Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Production Manager to oversee our prepared food operations and culinary kitchen in Blue Mountain Beach. • Position Overview:

• As the production manager, you'll be an integral part of our team, leading the preparation, delivery, and service of our catered foods, sauces, and cooler offerings.

We are looking for someone who can manage their time and deliverables, and who has experience producing at a large scale but low pressure kitchen. Ideal person will work Mondays through Fridays, with occasional weekends for special events.

• Responsibilities:

• Manage food preparation and packaging for all of our retail prepared foods.
• Manage set-up and breakdown of daily production orders, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
• Work collaboratively with other team members.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and serving areas, adhering to food safety standards at all times.
• Embrace opportunities to learn and grow your culinary skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.
