• Stuart We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and hands-on General Manager to lead one of our Jimmy John's restaurant locations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage day-to-day restaurant operations Hire, train, schedule, and supervise employees Maintain excellent customer service Control food, labor, and operating costs Manage inventory and minimize food waste Monitor sales and improve store profitability Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards Ensure Jimmy John's operational standards are followed Handle opening/closing procedures and cash controls Build and motivate a strong restaurant team
