Job Description

Holy Toast is a growing fast-casual restaurant brand looking for an experienced, hands-on General Manager to lead our restaurant operations. We are looking for someone who takes full ownership of the business and knows how to build and manage a strong team while controlling costs and maintaining excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day restaurant operations Hire, train, schedule, and manage employees Control labor costs and overtime Manage food cost (COGS), inventory, waste, and ordering Maintain high standards for food quality, speed, cleanliness, and customer service Monitor sales and restaurant performance Create accountability and ensure employees follow company procedures Handle customer issues professionally Work closely with ownership on improving profitability and operations Help develop managers and future leaders as the company grows
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of restaurant management experience Strong fast-casual or high-volume restaurant experience preferred Experience managing labor, COGS, inventory, and scheduling Strong leadership and communication skills Organized, reliable, and hands-on Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Must be available for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Experience with Toast POS is a plus We are looking for someone who wants to grow with Holy Toast long-term , not simply manage shifts. As we continue expanding, there will be opportunities for increased responsibility and advancement. Competitive salary based on experience + performance-based growth opportunities.
