Holy Toast is seeking a motivated, experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and help deliver an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate is a hands-on hospitality professional who can manage daily operations, develop employees, maintain high service standards, and support the growth of our location.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily front- and back-of-house operations Lead, train, schedule, and motivate staff Ensure excellent customer service and a welcoming dining experience Maintain food quality, cleanliness, safety Manage inventory, ordering, waste control Monitor sales, labor costs, and operating expenses Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently Support hiring, onboarding, and employee development Ensure compliance with company policies and health regulations Communicate effectively with ownership and the team

Qualifications:

2+ years of restaurant management experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer-service judgment and problem-solving abilities Experience with scheduling, inventory, and labor management Professional, reliable, positive, and team-oriented Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Knowledge of kosher food-service operations is a plus
